The Beachbody 21 Day Fix TM is a seven day-a-week, three-week at-home workout program designed to get you looking as good as you can in 21 days, but it’s also about teaching you how to eat healthier and make exercise a part of your daily routine not just for the life of the program, but for life!

This is one of those workouts that is as hard as you make it. If you find the workouts too easy, simply increase the weight. After all, if you’re challenging your body, you’re not going to change your body, so don't hesitate to up the weights.

WHAT TO EXPECT
What Equipment is Required?
You will need some weights or a resistance band and a yoga mat to do the 21-Day Fix if you want the best results. If you’ve been away from exercise for a while, you could begin by using your own body weight as resistance, and later add resistance/weight as you get stronger.
-For beginners, I would recommend: 3, 5, and 8 pound dumbbells or a resistance band
-For intermediates/advanced: 5, 10, and 15 pound dumbbells or a resistance band
-A yoga mat will also be of use to you when you do the floor moves. It’s not a necessity, but it’s a great investment especially if you bruise easily.
