When Monica interviews candidates, she always asks a key question: “What’s most important to you at this stage?”

Over her 20+ year career, the answers have changed quite a bit. More often than not, the responses included money, title, and room for growth. Now, she consistently hears that work-life balance, flexibility, and feeling appreciated are key

People’s values have shifted. Individuals want to feel good about themselves and what they do. Nowadays, long-term well-being is the name of the game. So how do we achieve this?

That’s where Monica comes in. Her talent lies in helping others thrive at work and in their personal lives.

She helps businesses hire top talent, and then works with employers and individuals to come up with customized wellness solutions that not only improve workplace health and morale, but also encourage community building and foster an engaged office culture.

Workplace wellness and productivity go hand in hand. This means that wellness shouldn’t be looked at as a luxury, but as a necessity.

When businesses share this belief and invest in employee wellness, everybody wins. Happy, healthy employees are easier to retain and do better work - and improved work quality and higher retention means a more successful business.
