My Fitness Journey

After having twin girls in 2010, I was determined to lose weight and get fit. I tried a variety of programs, diets, shakes and supplements but wasn’t seeing results.


I was discouraged.


It wasn’t until 2013 that I was introduced to Beachbody. I tried various programs including Insanity, Brazilian Butt Lift and Slim in 6 but had to put things on hold when I injured my foot.I was working out - but had not yet reached my goals.

In August of 2014 we welcomed a baby boy into our family. My pre-pregnancy weight in 2010 was just over 200lbs and in 2014 it was 178lbs.


In March of 2015 I tried 21 Day Fix Extreme. I weighed 145lbs but knew that I had more to lose and that I really wanted to build muscle.


21 Day Fix Extreme was such a rush!


Having a coach while being part of a challenge group made it fun and exciting. Seeing the results and hearing others share their stories kept me going!


With the first round I lost 5 lbs and 5 inches

After another two rounds I reached my goal weight of 125lbs!


The reason this program was more successful than anything else I have ever tried was because it came with an excellent nutrition guide (which I found easy to follow), it taught me portion control (which was a big struggle of mine) and the workouts were only 30 minutes. I felt great and I knew this was the beginning of something incredible!


In March 2015, I became a Beachbody Coach.


I dedicated myself to helping others be stronger, healthier and happier. I have learned that to commit is the key to succeeding. Believe in yourself, because great results are possible if you really want it and you are willing to work for it.
