Loaded Protein Oatmeal


This protein-packed oatmeal recipe will is so satisfying and nutritious

Ingredients:

-1/8 cup quick oats

-¾ cup water

-¼ cup egg whites

-1 Tbsp maple syrup

-1 Tbsp raw pepitas or walnuts

-1 Tbsp raisins

Instructions:

  1. Bring quick oats and water to BOIL, turn to low heat and stir until thickening. Add in egg whites and stir for one more minute

  2. Remove from heat, pour into bowl and add maple syrup and nuts/seeds and raisins

Serves 1
